This piquant marmalade has an herbaceous quality that straddles savory and sweet, and is a nice foil to the offer's delicate fruit syrup and yuzu citrus candy. If it’s fruit, chances are she’s enhanced it, preserved it, turned it into a syrup, paste, cheese or a candied peel. By working with small, local producers in the Bay Area, she’s able to capture the essence of fruit at its brightest, most ambrosial, and transform it thanks to her encyclopedic knowledge of 17th and 18th century confectionary methods.
How to Redeem
1. Purchase voucher and receive an e-mail confirmation with a unique FOOD52 voucher code. Use this code to redeem your order with merchant.
Note: If you are selecting "Give this to a friend" they will receive the confirmation email and will need to redeem the product (and pay for shipping). If you'd like to handle the redemption and pay for shipping as a gift, choose "Get it Now" and provide the recipient's shipping address to the merchant upon redemption.
