Part of the fun of preparing it is that there are endless variations: you can go super traditional, i.e. paella made outdoors by burly Spaniards, or wing it like Food52 member NWB did for her winning Moorish Paella. About La Paella
La Paella, started by journalist Sarah Jay, is a terrific resource not only for paella pans, cazuelas, rice and saffron, but also tripods and burners for outdoor paella parties. A small, family-owned importer of Iberian goods, La Paella is like having a direct line to your own Spanish host family who’ll give you advice on tools, techniques and the proper way to serve paella (from the pan, not on plates!)
How to Redeem

2. Upon receiving e-mail confirmation, click on link to your purchased item’s landing page:
