About Valerie Confections
Valerie Gordon opened up shop in 2004 with a small collection of chocolate-dipped toffees. From her storefront in L.A., she gained national acclaim very quickly. Then came her cakes; Nora Ephron fondly referred to one as the “greatest cake in history.” Now with a full line of baked goods, preserves, and petits fours, Gordon has followers that reach far beyond L.A., counting Food52. What can we say? We’re officially wrapped around her finger.
