About Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Jeni Britton Bauer has honed her ice cream-making skills every day for more than 15 years. She opened Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams Ohio shop in 2002, and since, her family has grown by nine scoop shops. She wanted to share her recipes with you, and the feeling was reciprocal -- her James Beard award-winning cookbook, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home, is now in its 7th printing.
